TON Demonstrates Phenomenal Growth: 32 Million Active Addresses in a Year

The TON (The Open Network) ecosystem is astonishing the crypto community with its rapid development. According to the latest report from the analytical platform CryptoQuant, the number of non-zero addresses on the TON network has reached an impressive 32 million. This figure is particularly striking when compared to mid-last year, when active addresses numbered just 2.9 million. A tenfold increase in such a short period is a clear testament to the growing popularity and adoption of TON among users.

Alongside the surge in address numbers, there’s been a significant uptick in the daily transaction volume on the TON network. Currently, this metric fluctuates between $5 billion and $10 billion. For comparison, the average daily transaction volume on the Bitcoin network is around $50 billion. This dynamic indicates that TON has managed to become a genuine contender among leading blockchain projects, including Bitcoin, in just one year.

Amid these impressive growth metrics, the native cryptocurrency of the network—Toncoin—is also showing positive trends. On Friday, its price exceeded the $7 mark. Interest in TON on the futures market has reached $262.82 million, according to CoinGlass. Traders are optimistic about the token’s future, anticipating a return to a bullish trend and surpassing the psychologically significant $8 level. This investor interest, coupled with growing user activity, creates favorable conditions for the further development of the TON ecosystem and the strengthening of its position in the global cryptocurrency market.
