Anbernic has introduced a new version of its portable retro console, the K101 Plus. This model is geared toward fans of classic games, with one of its standout features being compatibility with Game Boy Advance cartridges. Additionally, the device retains the ability to run ROM files and other features found in modern consoles.
The Anbernic K101 Plus is equipped with a 3-inch IPS display (3:2 aspect ratio) with a resolution of 320×480 pixels. Other specs include an 800 mAh battery, an AV output for TV connectivity, and a mini-USB port.
Apart from the support for original cartridges, another noticeable difference in the new version is its purple casing with white control elements. The Anbernic K101 Plus is priced at $70 on the company’s official US website.
