Minisforum unveils MS-A1 mini-PC with AMD Ryzen R7, 96 GB RAM, and OCuLink port

Minisforum has launched the AMD version of its high-performance mini-PC, the MS-A1. This new model is powered by AMD Ryzen R7 processors, boasts a substantial memory capacity, a wide array of ports, and supports OCuLink.

The top-tier version of the compact PC features the R7 8700G, with alternatives including Ryzen 5 8600G or Ryzen 5 7600 models. The CPU works alongside integrated Radeon 780M graphics (RDNA 3) and 96 GB of RAM.

To enhance its graphical capabilities, the MS-A1 is equipped with an OCuLink connector for connecting an external eGPU. The interface lineup includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB 2.1 port, as well as one each of USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB Type-C, HDMI 3.1, DisplayPort 2.0, audio jack, and Ethernet 2.5 G.

Details regarding pricing and availability for the Minisforum MS-A1 have not yet been disclosed.
